Pricing questions
If you do not accept the quote, there is no charge for the diagnosis. You only pay the return shipping cost for your device (approx. 30 €). If you accept the quote, the diagnosis is included in the final price.
No. The quote you approve is the final price, without exceptions. If during the work we find the case is more complex than estimated, we absorb that complexity — we do not pass it on to you.
The typical range for a MacBook with a logic board fault or liquid damage is between 450 € and 700 €, depending on the model, the damage, and the service tier. The diagnosis gives you the exact figure before you commit.
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Payment is made at the end of the process, once you confirm the recovered data is correct. We do not ask for upfront payment for the recovery work.
