Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), device type and description of the issue. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the user's consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data retention

Data is retained for the period necessary to respond to the enquiry and, in the event of a commercial relationship, for the applicable statutory period (maximum 6 years for billing data).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending an email to info@peachdatarecovery.com with the subject line "Data protection".

International transfers

We do not carry out international data transfers. Our email sending service uses Resend (USA), which operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.

Complaints

If you believe your data is not being processed appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
