We work with MacBook (Air and Pro, from 2018 onwards), iMac, Mac mini, iPhone (modern models with soldered memory) and iPad. If you are unsure whether your model is covered, message us and we will confirm immediately.
The typical cost is between 500–600 €, depending on the device, type of damage, and urgency tier. Diagnosis is free if you accept the quote. If we cannot recover your data, you only pay the return shipping (approx. 30 €).
You only pay the return shipping cost, approximately 30 €. No diagnosis charge, no attempt fee. If we do not deliver results, we do not charge for them.
We offer three tiers: Urgent (48–72 hours), Standard (7–15 days) and No Rush (15–20 days). Standard is the most popular and balances time and cost.
Yes. We organise collection from any point in Spain at no extra charge. You just need to contact us and we handle the courier.
No. Apple offers repair or device replacement, but when the logic board fails in a modern Mac or iPhone, their typical solution is a board swap — which means losing all data. We intervene specifically to save that data before the device is replaced.
