We work with MacBook Air and Pro (from 2018), iMac (from 2012), Mac mini (from 2018), Mac Pro, iPhone (modern models with soldered memory, mainly from iPhone X onwards) and iPad. If you are unsure about your specific model, contact us and we will confirm before doing anything.
The average cost is between 500 and 600 €. The exact price depends on the device, the type of damage and the urgency option chosen. Diagnosis is free if you accept the quote — and the quote is non-binding until you approve it.
You only pay the return shipping cost, approximately 30 €. No diagnosis fee, no charge for the technical attempt. This is our policy without exceptions.
We offer three turnaround times: Urgent (48–72 hours), Standard (7–15 working days) and No rush (15–20 working days). Timescales run from the moment your device arrives at our laboratory in Barcelona.
Yes. We arrange collection from anywhere in Spain. Just contact us and we will confirm the logistics. Collection is free of charge.
We will send you specific packaging instructions for your device when you confirm the collection. In general: the device must be protected with padded material inside a rigid box, with no loose parts. Do not use plastic bags directly on the hardware.
We use specialist electronics couriers with insurance. At the laboratory, your device is registered by serial number and only the assigned technicians have access. We sign a confidentiality agreement for cases involving sensitive or business data.
Apple offers hardware repair or replacement. When a repair involves replacing the logic board in a modern Mac, the data is lost. We do not repair hardware — we recover the data inside, which is exactly what Apple does not do.
It depends on what was done. If the board was replaced, the data is gone. If it was simply diagnosed and returned without repair, the chances remain intact. Tell us exactly what happened and we will advise you.
Yes. Apple Silicon chips present additional technical complexities compared to Intel models, but we have the procedures to work with them. Each case is evaluated individually.
In many cases yes, provided we have access to the Apple ID or the FileVault recovery key. Without the key, chances are significantly reduced but not zero — it depends on the condition of the board.
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Payment is made at the end of the process, once you confirm that the recovered data is correct.
During the diagnosis phase, you can tell us which types of files are a priority. We attempt to recover everything accessible, but if you have specific preferences (photos vs. work documents, for example), we take them into account.
We return it in the same condition we received it, or better. We do not carry out hardware repairs (that is a separate service available through iRepairs), but the device is returned with a full diagnosis report.
Yes. Our laboratory is at Carrer de València, 353, Eixample, Barcelona. If you want to come in person, please confirm beforehand by phone or WhatsApp to make sure a technician is available. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:00.
