How we recover
your data

Recovering data from a modern Apple device is a technical and delicate process. We want you to understand exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the moment you have your files back — because transparency is as important to us as the result.

Tell us about your case

Everything starts with a conversation. Message us on WhatsApp (+34 933 900 524) or fill in the form on our website. We need to know the exact device model, what happened, and which data is most important to you.

We respond within 24 business hours with an initial assessment. If the case is outside our scope, we tell you directly — we do not prolong false hope.

Free collection across Spain

If you decide to proceed, we organise the collection. We send you device-specific packaging instructions and coordinate pickup with a courier specialised in electronics.

Collection is free of charge. The only shipping cost is the return courier (~30 €) if recovery is not possible.

Lab arrival and diagnosis

Your device arrives at our laboratory in the Eixample district of Barcelona. A specialist technician receives it, logs it with serial number and date, and begins the diagnosis.

The diagnosis is the most important step: we analyse the logic board at component level, assess the storage memory, and determine the most appropriate recovery technique. This process takes 24–48 hours.

Clear quote with no surprises

After the diagnosis we send you a detailed quote. It includes: what we found, the technique we will apply, the total cost, and the estimated turnaround.

The diagnosis is free if you accept the quote. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the return shipping cost (approx. 30 €). No hidden fees, no small print.

Recovery work

Once you approve the quote, we begin. We keep you informed of progress — especially if there are relevant updates about the device status or recovery viability.

Turnaround depends on the service tier you choose and the technical complexity of the case.

Data and device returned

When recovery is successful, we deliver your data on an external drive or via secure transfer, according to your preference. We also return the device with a full diagnostic report.

If recovery was not possible, we inform you before closing the case and only charge the return shipping (~30 €).
